Executive Apartments (As we were previously called) have been providers of Short-Term Accommodation, Property Management & Property Sales in the Perth & surrounding districts for 35 years. Commencing in the mid 80s by Judy Rosher, she began the business operating out of a small apartment in High Tor on Mill Point Road, South Perth. She quickly grew the company into a pioneering & profitable business, moving office to the property on Charles Street in 1993, where we still operate out of today. Our current directors, Graham Nicol & David Ekin have been a part of Executive Apartments for over 25 years, and purchased the business from Judy in 2002. Just in time to reap the early rewards of the mining boom. In April of 2018 Executive Apartments took an exciting & innovative leap forward, re branding the Property Management & Property Sales sector of the business to Executive Residential. The rebrand has provided an exciting opportunity to expand our reach & expertise throughout the market. The Short Stay sector of the business has also re branded to the new name, Executive Escapes .
