We work on a project and assignment basis for high profile, preferred employers and family owned business alike, across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Banking, FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Auditing, Private Equity firms. We have deep experience and far reaching networks across the African continent, having successfully appointed top local talent with employers in 16 countries across Africa. I run this fast-paced, socially and emotionally demanding business on every level. I meet with every candidate myself and I manage all client interactions on retained recruitment assignments directly from end to end. Congruently, career coaching from bursar and graduate level to executive level is part of our offering, both individual and workshop based in small groups.
