Work information is spread across calendars, task lists, documents, messages, and memory. A deadline moves, and the work that depends on it doesn't. A decision gets recorded without the evidence, the owner, or the follow-up. Anyone returning to a project has to reconstruct its status before they can do anything about it. Siftable puts tasks, calendar commitments, notes, decisions, sources, people, and project history in one workspace. Priorities, risks, overdue work, and follow-ups appear next to the decisions and deadlines behind them, so you can plan against the time you actually have, see why a decision was made, and pick up from where the project stands. AI agents work in the same workspace through MCP or the Siftable CLI. Instead of starting from a pasted summary, an agent reads the current project state: the decision, its evidence, the deadline that moved this morning. Each work item defines the instructions, allowed actions, and acceptance criteria before work begins, so the agent knows what done means and you know how to review it. Agents return summaries, artifacts, and verification evidence with their work. Access is scoped to what the task requires, every change is traceable, and people decide what gets accepted.
