Jenn Harris has worked in Executive Search since 2007, where she learned the craft of head hunting in Frankfurt Germany. She worked with companies the likes of Korn-Ferry, Future Step & Lucas Group which provided the foundation for her career. Her assignments range from development stage venture backed companies, Management Consulting Firms, General Contractors mid-sized companies to fortune 500s. Her years of business development experience help her to identify top level professionals in various sectors. Jenn founded Execu-Search Group to expand her market offering and to have the flexibility of of offering innovative solutions to both her clients and candidates. Her "customer is king" mindset and passion for motivating others to reach higher levels deliver is noted in her work ethic and quality of delivery. Areas of specialization include: Construction, Accounting, Financial Services, Engineering and Business Development roles. Ms. Harris received her BSc. of Arts & Science from Georgia State University, with concentrations in International Business and Psychology. Prior to recruitment she worked as a television host for CNN , as well as working with MCI WorldCom, as a National Sales Manager. She resided in Germany from 2003- 2013 raising her two sons, speaks both German & English, and now calls Atlanta, GA home.
