At Execlife we believe that life is an incredible gift that shouldn’t be lived passively. We believe that all people have the power to live meaningful, fulfilling and purposeful lives. Every day we set out to make this a reality on the individual and group level. Our mission and ultimately our passion is to coach individuals and leaders to be the most effective version of themselves and achieve excellence in all facets of their lives. ExecLife focuses on three major areas: Executive Coaching Everyone needs a champion at their side, and especially so for people leaders. With the insane pace of the office and the home, you can begin to feel completely drained in all aspects of your life. The stress of it begins to accumulate year over year and your light gradually shines less and less. We work with executives to help them sort through some of the clutter, help them see how they show up with their peers and employees, align their goals with what is truly important to them whether it be in their organization or private life, and ultimately create plans that help them move forward on their specific journey. Life Coaching Our life coaching work centers around helping you get to the core of what it is you truly want out of life, what it is you are called to do, your values, mission, purpose and goals. We will work together to develop a SMART plan to help you reach those goals. This work is designed to challenge you, and push you beyond your comfort to achieve those things you have wanted but have yet to tackle. Leadership Advising & Consulting We consult with leaders and their teams to help them be more effective by developing & implementing strategic solutions in the areas of creating vision, developing & achieving goals, accountability, increasing performance, strategic planning, team building, communication, conflict resolution, organizational skills, and accountability.
