ExecCamp is an outcome-oriented immersion program for business leaders who see the world differently. People who are willing to step out of their comfort zone to make a lasting cultural impact on themselves and their organizations. ExecCamp is a multi-week program where business leaders leave their existing organization with the mission to shape a new one. Together with ExecCamp leaders we construct a cross-functional team to leverage the best talents of both our people to explore challenging business problems at speed. The team will meet, collaborate and create with leading industry experts, venture capitalists, accelerators, startups and though leaders to experience a unique business innovation environment at our base in Silicon Valley. You'll engage and test business hypotheses with real customers and users from the start. Then use their feedback and validated learning to improve the products and ourselves.
