Excelsior Audio provides consulting, design, measurement and analysis services in the field of electro-acoustics and acoustics. We are located in Gastonia, North Carolina just minutes from Charlotte. Our mission is to supply our clients with the best possible audio solutions for their particular needs. Our principal consultant, Charlie Hughes, has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of electro-acoustics. During most of his career Charlie's primary focus has been loudspeaker system design and optimization for directivity control and sound quality. He also has expertise in measurement methods and software modeling. Charlie has designed, or assisted with the design of, scores of commercially successful loudspeaker products. We specialize in consulting and design services to manufacturers of loudspeaker systems.
