eXcellerate is a management consulting startup that combines serious mining experience with exceptional talent to eXcellerate productivity improvement at mining operations. We are building out a global footprint with capability already in place on the east and west coast of Australia as well as a technology hub in Santiago, Chile. The first product that we have brought to market, iXcede is a data analytics package that extracts mine site operational data, cleanses that data and then runs sophisticated algorithms, developed over 20 years, across the data set delivering incredible insight directly to the operator’s mobile device. This highly credible information provides operators clear and accurate guidance on how they can improve their own performance. eXcellerate supports the deployment of iXcede by supporting leaders to undertake a broader mine site improvement initiative that has been shown to significantly improve productivity and within the supply chain constraints increase production with the existing equipment fleet. We support these initiatives using eXcellerate – The Way, a proven, world class methodology to practically manage and sustain the change needed to achieve our client's ambitions.
