ex-nihilo Information

ex-nihilo is a Vienna-based software company that builds bespoke AI agents and custom software for back-office and knowledge-intensive work. Our solutions work with approved documents and existing business systems to find information with its sources, create structured drafts, transfer data and carry out recurring workflows. Each agent operates within clearly defined boundaries: the customer decides what it may handle independently and where approval is required. We integrate with existing IT environments, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, email, network drives, databases and line-of-business applications. We start with one clearly defined operational problem and develop a usable first solution with real data and real cases. What proves valuable in daily work is then extended step by step.
