eggworks is a Tokyo-based creative agency working at the intersection of brands, culture, and people. We work across a wide range of industries, bringing ideas to life through brand strategy, creative production, live events, marketing, and partnerships. Our experience gives us a strong understanding, but it is our relationships and the people we work with that make the difference. We believe good work starts with understanding people. Knowing what matters to them, what brings them together, and how to create experiences they genuinely value. Our focus is simple: create work that people genuinely connect with, build relationships that last, and deliver real value for both our clients and their audiences.
