EWF is evolving both a consumer and a business proposition that leverages a highly experienced Russian fashion ecommerce team, cutting edge customer contact centre and warehouse / logistics solution all powered by best of breed technologies. Why?? Russia’s fashion market is sizeable at $68bn in 2013, expected to reach $81bn by 2017. However strategies used by incumbent players are unlikely to release the market’s true potential. Consumer demand is high and growing, though it is being met with inadequate supply from both physical and Internet fashion ecommerce stores. Notably there is little evidence of high street operations effectively penetrating the online space and vice versa. In addition to lack of product range width and inflated price points, other areas of weakness includes ineffective brand build activities, ineffective online customer acquisition and marketing strategies, inadequate customer service and inefficient logistics / last mile delivery. The Russian consumer is quite simply not being adequately serviced. Within this environment EWF has been created to support market leading execution for selected Western Fashion brands and their distributors in Russia.
