Our Customer Service performance and attitude is second to none. We CARE that our customers receive the right products and/or parts in a timely manner, eliminating as much "vehicle-down" time as possible. We distribute direct from quality major manufacturers. (i.e. Whelen Engineering, Carson Mfg, Code3/PSE, Weldon Tech., Federal Signal Corp., Signal Vehicle Products, SoundOff Signal, Sho-Me and many others) Most of the products and replacement parts we distribute are in inventory and usually ship same day as ordered via UPS. If an item is out of stock, it can usually be drop-shipped from the factory direct to customer. We occasionally offer "Trade show demo" items as well as "slightly used" products at attractive prices. Warranty on these products is on an individual basis. However, as with all our parts/products, YOU, the customer must be completely satisfied with your purchase or a refund or an exchange will be made. You won't be buying a "pig 'n a poke" from us.
