I created Evolving Potential to help people unlock more of what they’re capable of in their work, their relationships, and their lives. My background in sociology, performance psychology, and personal development gives me a foundation to teach what actually works: practical tools for mental performance, mindset shifts, and taking consistent action. What began as a podcast and newsletter is now growing into coaching, workshops, and events designed to help people perform at a higher level without burning out or sabotaging themselves. I focus on connecting science, experience, and clarity in a way that people can apply immediately. Evolving Potential is about building a community and a movement. It’s for individuals who want to break through barriers, leaders who want to bring out the best in their teams, and organizations ready to create a culture of resilience and focus.
