Evolvin' Women is a non-profit end-to-end platform for talent development within the hospitality, logistics, luxury retail, and financial sectors. At Evolvin' Women, we strive to provide comprehensive and tailored support to women who lack access to employment opportunities due to personal, political or cultural circumstances. We offer a wide range of services, resources, and programmes designed specifically with the development and empowerment of women in mind to unleash their full potential and excel in their professional endeavors. Whether women are seeking mentorship, skill-building opportunities, networking events, or career advancement strategies, our platform has got them covered. We bring together a diverse community of talented women, industry experts, and employers to create a supportive and inspiring environment. Our aim is to not only equip women with the necessary knowledge and tools for success but also to connect them with employers seeking a more diverse and inclusive workforce. While our goal is to develop female talent, Evolvin’ Women invests 100% of its profit to fund scholarships for women victims of early marriage. Since the launch of our first programme in 2017, Evolvin’ Women was presented as a sustainable tourism initiative at the UN Women and UNDP conference, the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, the ChangeNOW Summit in France where Evolvin' Women was selected by the Dubai Government to represent Dubai on sustainability. Due to the commitment to the UN SDGs, within eight months of operation, Evolvin' Women became one of the first micro-enterprises in the Middle East to become a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and currently sits on their task-force in the UAE to implement the 7 UN Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
