Evolve Workplace is a casual, locally-owned collaborative coworking and office space focused on growing micro-enterprises and small businesses. It is the largest locally-owned and all-inclusive coworking facility in the Midwest. While Evolve offers private office suites for 1-20, its focus is on the newest wave of commercial real estate--coworking. Evolve's membership model offers month-to-month flexibility, and is all-inclusive. This allows businesses to do what they do best--work on growing profitable enterprises, while Evolve takes care of everything else. Ultra-fast 1 gig Wi-Fi, all utilities, copying/printing, and unlimited gourmet coffee/teas/waters flavored with real fruit are all part of the package.
