Evolve Housing + Support Information

We exist to help Londoners who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our services provide personalised, tailored support for everyone staying with us to help them build the lives that they want. We offer mental health support, delivered by trained therapists. We provide training to set people up for education and employment. We run community events to bring people together and foster new connections. We provide people with the resources they need to secure their own independent home, and leave homelessness behind for good. In short, we are far more than just a roof. We are a place of positive change and growth, and will be here as long as people face the threat of homelessness in London.
