We have developed the Rodale Institutes Chevron Pattern Blade concept, resulting in the design of our signature BLADERUNNER™️ machine. Our design is effective in a wider range of applications including, crimp rolling cover crops, weed eradication, pasture improvement, stubble crunching, improving biomass, and improving stock accessibility. The chevron pattern blade is fixed to a barrel with a twisted pitch to maintain constant contact and pressure with organic material underneath. As the barrel rotates the pressure on the blades splits from the centre and moves outwards laying over and “crimping” vegetation, bruising the stalk of the plant and effectively stunting or shutting down the plant. At Evolve, we strive to deliver exactly what our clients need, we understand that no two enterprises are the same. We custom-build to any size and configuration to meet your requirements. Whether you have flat, hilly, rocky or undulating country, need linkage fitting or tow behind. We are constantly working with clients on different designs to fit the mould of their farm and program. We are more than happy to discuss your requirements, obligation free.
