Alison is the founder of Evolve Counseling & Wellness, formerly Alison Moran Counseling. She is a licensed clinical professional counselor that specializes in working with people going through life changes, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, and infertility. Alison uses an eclectic approach with strong existential and humanistic leanings. She tailors her approach based upon the individual needs and goals of each client. Alison is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (BS in psychology & philosophy) and Loyola University, Chicago (MA in community counseling). Nora is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois with extensive experience working with both children and adults in a variety of capacities. Nora takes pride in welcoming all to engage in counseling and mental health services, whether the individual is a child going through a difficult time or an adult with a chronic and severe mental illness. Noras approach is strengths-based, yet unique to the individual, with the goal of identifying and building on ones skills and abilities without pushing anyone too far outside of their comfort zone. Nora takes her time to get to know each individual seeking support, and often guides them towards attainable, pragmatic solutions. Nora is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Social Work, however is a Chicagoan at heart. Gina is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience treating adults and adolescents from many backgrounds and with many conditions. Gina has expertise in utilizing a variety of evidenced based treatments including mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure therapy and other modalities in order to assist her clients.
