Within these plans we can add cross-tested, age weighted or safe harbor designs that optimize the performance of the plan based on the goals of the company. The principals of the firm each have over 30 years expertise in retirement plan administration, working mainly with firms with less than 100 employees. We provide objective advice in the best interest of our clients because the firm does not sell any investment products.
