We actively solicit food service equipment dealers, food service consultants, restaurateurs and mechanical contractors in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Started in 1995, the company's principals, Mark Conklin and Matthew Dwyer have years of experience in related fields. They possess the ability to field survey and design the equipment required for a well-engineered and energy-efficient kitchen ventilation system. From small deli shops to school cafeterias to major restaurants, E.V.I., Inc. provides services for a wide variety of customers.
