EveryGrove is software for tree care and landscaping companies. We started in 2025 in Naples, Florida, and we built it for owners who are tired of doing estimates and invoices at the kitchen table after a full day on the job. It covers the work from the first phone call to the paid invoice. When a customer calls, Willow answers. It picks up with your company name, knows your service area, and always books the estimate. Willow answers 99.7% of calls, so the job doesn't go to whoever called them back first. You can use it inside EveryGrove or on its own. After the walk, a lead turns into a proposal in a couple of clicks. You set up your proposal templates once, put photos and a map pin on each line item, and add optional extras the customer can take or skip. You can send it to up to 5 people and see when they've opened it. Then the follow-ups go out by email and text on their own, and you can pause a sequence anytime. Once the job is sold, your crew gets a work order and you can see when they've viewed it. Write it in English and your crew can open it in Spanish. When the work is done, the customer can pay the invoice by text. EveryGrove connects to QuickBooks and Stripe.
