Ever/Was Information

Ever/Was is a hotline, accompaniment team, and advocacy collective dedicated to good endings in the Canadian social sector. We bring care, not judgement, to leaders courageously and strategically weighing options, including closure. By investing in the regenerative potential of endings, we can create a stronger civil society that honours the people and organizational legacies who built it. Starting June 1st, we will open the Ever/Was Hotline for executive teams and board directors from non-profit, NGO, philanthropic, and faith-based organizations to receive free, direct support navigating closures, mergers, insolvency, succession planning, & program endings. A team of trained and experienced Navigators will host 25 calls in this pilot phase. Spaces open May 22nd, so please visit our website to be notified.
