Official account for the Australian Veterinary Association - the national professional association for veterinarians, representing thousands of members from across Australia since 1921.
Vetwest has been the local and trusted vets in Perth for nearly 30 years. We exist today because thousands of WA pet owners have been delighted with the compassion we provide to them and the care we provide to their companions. Our team is made up of people that truly love animals, and have dedicated their working careers to a high standard of veterinary medicine.
We have purpose built facilities with an extensive range of diagnostic equipment and are committed to continuous improvement, namely the medical treatment and care of pets, the working conditions of our team, the service we provide to our clients, and promoting responsible pet ownership in the community.
We do all of this by implementing the "Vetwest standards of care."
Employment opportunities
We are committed to providing excellence in veterinary care, where you can work autonomously but also be part of a larger team of vets for support and access to special interest services within the group such as endoscopy, ultrasonography and complex surgery. Our aim is to provide a friendly work environment with an emphasis on high standards of care and continuing education. You will be supported by a team of highly trained and enthusiastic nurses and a clientele who truly value their pets.
