Evertech designs and builds electronics in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. We design it, we build it, and we stay with it. Engineering: PCB design and layout, embedded hardware, firmware, wireless and IoT (Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi, LTE-M), enclosure and mechanical design, design for manufacturability, EMI/EMC remediation with pre-compliance testing through partner labs, and new product introduction. Bring us the whole product, or just the part that's stuck. Manufacturing: our own production team builds what we design, and boards designed elsewhere. SMT and through-hole PCB assembly on a Mycronic MY100LXe line, prototypes and low-volume runs, turnkey and consignment builds, and box build. Typical runs are 50 to 1,000 boards, 5,000 is our largest to date, and small first orders are welcome. Prototypes ship in 2 to 3 weeks, production in 4 to 6. What sets us apart: Pay for design when it works. Engineering can be amortized across your first production runs, so you pay nothing for design until fully functional products are delivered. You talk to the engineer. The engineers who designed your product stay on call through production. Traceable to the component. Lot codes, a serial number per unit, and firmware version and test results logged against every serial number. We build to IPC-A-610 Class 2 by default and Class 3 on request, follow ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 practices (we are not certified), and run lead-free, RoHS and REACH compliant processes.
