Evernance is ready to test and subsequently launch an innovative solution to the broad issue of counterfeiting. It can effectively prevent forgery entirely. This technology involves a public blockchain & smart contracts to store an indelible reference to an individual product, namely using Flow for MVP (https://flow.com/). The solution builds directly on the fundamental innovation of NFTs, with a sprinke of lateral thinking to help produce physical items which can not be reproduced, even if the forger has possession of the tag used to "validate" provenance (a QR code, RFID tag, etc). This technology is designed to work with artwork, clothing, sculptures, exotic cars, etc. In the longer term we aim for this to trickle down to mass-produced, low-cost goods where authenticity still matters (foodstuffs, paracetamol, etc).
