Whether managing an existing condition, recovering from an injury or illness, or working to restore self-sufficiency, our professionals consult closely with you and your physicians to create an individualized care plan that meets your needs and addresses your wishes. EVERCARE FOR THE DAY: ADULT SOCIAL DAY PROGRAM EverCare for the Day wants you to enjoy peace of mind, knowing your loved one is safe, happy, and enriched. Our Adult Social Day Program, hosted in our handicapped-accessible, single-level space, provides endless opportunities to stay sharp and fit, and to feed your soul with a wide range of activities. Led by our team of professionals in a secure, comfortable environment, everything we do is designed to foster optimal well-being, and to decrease, delay, or prevent functional decline.
