Ever Sharp Tools ("EST") was established in 2016 as a world-class supplier of broach tools, gear cutting tools and spline gages. Our U.S. based Service Center located in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan serves as the North American sales headquarters for our products, which are made at our global state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. We offer a full line of spline and gear cutting tools including broaches, hobs, skives as well as other specialty cutters such as milling cutters, core drills and annular cutters. We also manufacture precision gear and spline measuring tools including functional (go/no go) plug and ring gages, variable (indicating) gages, and master gears. It is our goal to streamline the process of developing, ordering and delivering new tools and gages by providing our customers with exceptional technological capabilities, highest quality products and competitive pricing. In addition to manufacturing new tools, we feature state-of the-art sharpening and inspection services, along with a highly experienced team who can troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex issues that other suppliers can’t solve.
