eventSPACE Information

eventSPACE is a Copenhagen-based event production company specialising in pharmaceutical and life sciences events. We produce investigator meetings, medical congresses and satellite symposia, internal pharma meetings and hybrid medical meetings across Europe and globally. That includes identical programmes delivered on several continents, where every stage, screen and session has to work the same way in every city. Our team handles production end to end: technical production and AV, stage and set design, LED and large-scale builds, congress exhibition stands, hybrid and virtual production, and event engagement platforms. Working in pharma and regulated industries means working within compliance. Approval workflows, HCP confidentiality and industry codes are built into how we plan and produce, not added at the end. Recent work includes five identical investigator meetings across three continents, with 415 LED panels, 750 acoustic panels, seven stages and a bespoke interactive dome.
