Chris has been in the catering industry since he was 16, starting in a local hotel in Ireland. Whilst studying hotel and catering management at Manchester Metropolitan University, he began working in the summer months at Wise Catering in Southampton. At the time Wise boasted the largest fleet of mobile bars in the UK. 12 years later EBM was born and in 2006 Chris purchased Wise Catering Ltd. The two companies now come under the Wise Group and provide the capability to cater for all aspects of any event from corporate hospitality to the public concessions for bars and food. Operations manager Nathon Palmer has been working for EBM from the beginning and has a huge amount of experience skill. He's responsible for the day to day operations of EBM including large scale events such as concerts and festivals. Staff manager Natasha Palmer is responsible for recruiting and training our team to ensure that we provide the quality of staff that is expected at high profile events. Natasha has also been with the business since 2002. EBM work very closely with police and council licensing teams to ensure that all events we attend are as safe as possible. We work with EDCO, a training company set up specifically to train event staff in licensing law. This due diligence and strong emphasis on training has gained us an enviable position of trust with event organisers and authorities. EBM continue to expand and innovate to provide new offers and experiences for our clients. We continue to add to our modern fleet of mobile bars and are always looking for new products to offer an ever more demanding clientele.
