‘EventBridge's’ mission is to make mobile pedestrian bridges available for an enlarged field of applications in order to enhance the traffic flow and safety when on site facilities do not meet. This will be achieved through an innovative design of the bridge which will lower the costs drastically. Usually the pedestrian traffic flow in (sports) events and civil work projects is limited due to safety problems and logistic layout. By constructing a temporary bridge at these sites pedestrians can move safer and more freely. Research amongst potential customers shows that there is a high demand for such pedestrian bridges, while this solution is often not opted for. Existing pedestrian bridges entail high costs and take a long time to construct. Event Bridge has grossly simplified and standardized the design of temporary pedestrian bridges, enabling an efficiency drive in several areas, such as preparation time, logistic costs, labor and construction time. Due to this design the rental price and construction time is reduced to a fraction of that of current solutions.
