Event Theory is a high-end event design, decor and production company based in Warren, Grand Rapids, and Traverse City, Michigan. Comprised of teams of skilled tradespeople, lighting and draping experts, field designers and production staff, we have evolved to become a premier events firm with a nation-wide reach. Our inventory collection offers a variety of stylish furniture, made-to-order décor, lighting, custom-made drapery + linens, food and beverage service equipment as well as full tabletop curation. Included in our inventory selections are a wide range of tenting and furnishings to encompass the event and create the desired atmosphere. In-house teams include a vast scope of specialized skills, including wood and metal working, electrical and custom painting capabilities. Designers provide event layouts, scaled drawings and design decks for your indoor or outdoor events. We have a large database of most Metro Detroit event spaces and can quickly provide an event layout based on your needs. For outdoor events, we measure the available space and produce a floor plan best-suited to the needs while satisfying all building and safety codes.
