The Event Group coordinates and manages all activities, services, equipment, and personnel that take place in front of the music stage - the "Front of House". Services offered by TEG include: Sponsor fulfillment On-site logistical management of vendors, suppliers, food & beverage concessions, and exhibitors Vendor/supplier negotiation and acquisition Staffing Procurement Site/venue design and layout Security - plans, operations, staffing and scheduling Personnel & volunteer coordination Interfacing with local and State law enforcement and safety agencies Signage plans and production Food concession operations, procurement, and management Beverage products sales and inventory control systems Acquisition of permits required by local governmental and State agencies Credentialing design and management systems Parking management and traffic control plans Site infrastructure Management - portable power, tenting, party rentals, production equipment rentals, fencing, portable restrooms, portable lighting Box office, event scrip systems, and event ticketing management Management and acquisition of Carnival rides, mid-way games, special touring exhibits, and interactive simulators
