Evellere Group reconnects health care with humanity. We work alongside trauma teams and research teams so care and research are shaped by the people living through injury. Our work has two parts: 1. Patient and stakeholder engagement. We contract directly with academic medical centers and research institutions to deliver patient and stakeholder engagement on research trials. That includes writing and carrying out engagement plans, convening stakeholder advisory committees, supporting site coordinators, and making sure patients, caregivers, and clinicians have a real voice from study design through dissemination. 2. Trauma recovery coaching and consulting We developed the Trauma Recovery Continuum of Care (TRCC), a coaching model that supports patients and families through recovery after traumatic injury. We train and support coaches who are embedded with trauma teams, both in hospital programs and within clinical trials. Our approach grows out of more than a decade of work in Level 1 trauma care and a peer-reviewed research record on psychosocial recovery after injury, including the development of the Trauma Resiliency Scale (tRS-18).
