Established at the end of 2019 by Marcello Bottoli and Eric Bourguignon, EVCP Growth Equity is a pan-European growth equity fund based in London that invests minority stakes in consumer lifestyle brands and exceptional entrepreneurs. EVCP doesn’t just invest in companies. EVCP seeks to empower the outstanding entrepreneurs that built those companies, partnering with them to grow their companies from great businesses to enduring brands. We seek to invest in entrepreneur-owned consumer lifestyle brands with superior brand equity and a differentiated point of view in the market in which they operate. We are deeply involved operationally in the companies we invest in to bring our experience at the service of accelerated growth. Our team is comprised of sector veterans with more than 45 years of combined experience, leveraging extensive industry-specific managerial, operational, and financial expertise. Led by Marcello Bottoli – former CEO of Louis Vuitton, Samsonite, and Pandora, as well as an Operating Partner for Advent International, and Eric Bourguignon – seasoned retail and lifestyle brand expert having served as a Strategy Consultant with Gemini Consulting and an Investment Banker at HSBC, Cantor Fitzgerald and Stifel Nicolaus.
