Evans-Blout Total Access Care (EBTAC) is a fully integrated community behavioral health provider. The staff at EBTAC believe that all individuals are deserving of respect and the highest quality of care available regardless of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or military status. EBTAC employs a diverse group of highly trained individuals across various disciplines and expertise and provides services across three main focus areas: 1) Integrated Care (physical health & behavioral health), 2) Substance Use Services (Medication Assisted Treatment paired with Treatment), 3) Complex Clinical Needs (services designed for individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as mental health challenges). EBTAC seeks to Engage Individuals in their treatment, Eliminate Barriers to receiving treatment, and Evaluate treatment outcomes.
