After buying my 1st place in Nice at 23 and later working for the President of a prestigious real estate firm in Monte-Carlo, I started working as a real estate agent for a local company in Washington, DC in 1992, after working as a hostess, translator, commercial assistant at the French Embassy & legal assistant for the president of a Patent & Trademark firm in Washington, DC. I decided to get a degree in real estate & opened my own real estate firm in 1999. We ended up taking on rentals and property management and now handle over 100 rental properties (in addition to sales). UPDATE: Since I spent most of my winters in Maui over the last 10 years, I decided to study for my real estate license in Hawaii during Covid and I found a wonderful local team to work with in Maui (Equity One Real Estate, Inc.)
