European Virtual Accelerator EU-XCEL is a new virtual accelerator which seeks out talented, aspiring entrepreneurs in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) to participate in a unique international entrepreneurship experience focused on creating and supporting European teams to become incubator-ready. Successful applicants, will be grouped into teams of four and participate alongside some of the most promising and talented aspiring tech entrepreneurs in intensive, specially designed entrepreneurship training and mentoring programme over five-months. The EU-XCEL Virtual Accelerator which includes: - One week FREE intensive training/mentoring in one of our start-up scrums across Europe this summer (incl. FREE flights and accomodation) where teams will develop start-up ideas; - Access to online technical and business development supports through the EU-XCEL virtual accelerator where teams will further develop their start-up ideas; -The opportunity to pitch for investment and win a prize in the EU-XCEL Ultimate Challenge Final on 2nd-3rd November 2015 in Cork, Ireland.
