Interreg North-West Europe (NWE) is a European Territorial Cooperation programme aiming to support a balanced development across the area, making all regions more resilient, and contributing to a better quality of life and well-being of all NWE citizens. It invests EUR 310 million of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in activities based on the cooperation of organisations from seven countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Switzerland.
Interreg Alpine Space is the EU transnational cooperation programme for the Alps. Partners from the seven Alpine countries work together to promote regional development in a sustainable way.
The total budget for the 2014–2020 period is of almost €140 Million, which will be invested in projects contributing to sustainable regional development in the following 4 thematic areas:

Priority 2: Low Carbon Alpine Space
Priority 3: Liveable Alpine Space
Priority 4: Well-governed Alpine Space
