Euphorium Information

We opened our first Euphorium bakery in Islington in 1999, with little more than an oven, trust and perfect timing. Having just returned home from a long spell in France, we found ourselves longing for the bakeries that lined the cobbled alleys of Paris. There, anyone could pick up a perfectly glazed tart or hot-from-the-oven baguette; a far cry from the plain, uninspiring loaves of London. We opened our doors, and word spread our fresh bread, croissants and pastries flying from our shelves every day. Our passion for bringing great food and coffee to our local communities started a bakery revolution, raising the bar and making great bread, pastries and coffee an everyday pleasure for all. Today, Euphorium is the beloved local of many more Londoners. With six branches across the capital, from Bank to Hampstead, each one is tailored to the mods and needs of its neighbourhood.
