EU Gateway Programme Information

The EU Gateway Programme organises Business Missions in high technology and design sectors for European companies to develop their business in Japan and Korea. Participating companies benefit from an attractive package of coaching, strategic and logistical services as well as financial support. Launched in 1994 and funded by the European Union, EU Gateway has since successfully accompanied more than 3000 companies to Japan and Korea. Previous participants confirm that the support provided by EU Gateway was crucial for their success in these challenging markets: “Thanks to EU Gateway, we have been able to establish ourselves in the Japanese market. We found more customers and were able to build our distribution network. Sales in Japan now account for 5% of our export. ”
