Built in 1890, our refurbished 10,500 square foot warehouse functions as a vessel for physical, mental, and social wellness. Ethos offers group training, private training, treatment (acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, and more), and recovery, including sauna and cold plunge. Sustainability is our promise. Burnouts and injuries often keep us from reaching our goals, so we developed a system built to last! Our programming works fundamental movement patterns inherent to your everyday life, then exposes you to demanding intervals and high weight and rep sets. Founded on the most effective training protocols, our program corrects imbalances, builds strength and will improve your overall work capacity.
