Ethos Services: Ethos creates and operates projects for its own account and performs the following services for a select number of clients: Project Creation/Strategy Project Development/Re-Development Project Operations/Management Project Marketing For our clients, we are focused on projects where we can meaningfully engage and truly move the needle. We believe that projects must deliver on three levels: Experience • Must be a differentiated, engaging experience. If not, no reason to return. Economics • Must be economically viable. A great experience delivered along with negative cash flow is clearly not sustainable. Durability • Must be lasting and durable, both economically and on a broader scale.
