Ethics Applied is a boutique training company specialising in developing ethical behaviour in the workplace. We believe that the field of ethics can often seem too philosophical, too complex, and too conceptual for many people to grasp what it is all about and how ethics should be applied. Our programs develop real-world capabilities to help improve ethical decision-making practices, empowering individuals and promoting ethical, thriving ‘Speak Up‘ cultures within organisations. Our focus is not on ‘whistleblowing’, but adopting an early intervention, proactive approach to identifying, discussing, and resolving ‘grey area’ or questionable behaviour before it gets to the point of crisis. All our courses can be delivered Australia wide, with all course leaders experts in the complexities of modern workplaces, individual and workplace psychology as well as facilitating behaviour change.
