EthicalCoach began when founder, Ben Croft, asked himself “What if the highest level of executive coaching was accessible to organizations addressing the greatest global challenges of our time? How can we mobilize the pool of incredible expertise in coaching to stimulate a positive global impact?” Imagine the possibilities if the same coaches supporting the success of the top Fortune 500 companies began working with the organizations dedicated to addressing the greatest challenges we face as a global community. Professional coaches excel in making commercial endeavors more resilient, powerful, and effective. EthicalCoach is a global nonprofit enterprise linking professional coaches to organizations addressing the greatest humanitarian and environmental needs of our time as outlined by the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. Our goal is to leverage coaching to help end extreme poverty, promote equality, and protect the planet. In partnership with WBECS (a global coach training and development organization) and with the generous support of our sponsors and volunteers, EthicalCoach is creating a bridge to connect executive coaches with nonprofit organizations around the world, supporting and empowering these organizations to extend their impact and help serve more people in need.
