We work with leadership teams where AI is already being used, or where there is pressure to develop a more structured approach. Our work covers four connected areas: • AI readiness and strategy • AI governance and leadership • AI pilots and adoption • AI capability and training This may involve assessing current activity, setting priorities, designing controlled pilots, establishing policies and governance, supporting leaders through change, and building practical skills across teams. The aim is not to introduce more tools for the sake of it. It is to help organisations make sound decisions, achieve measurable value and develop the internal capability to use AI responsibly. Based in Moray, working across Inverness, Aberdeenshire and wider Scotland.
