We are able to enhance our results by maintaining our relationships with all of the credit tenants through regular involvement in the ICSC. Our core team has worked in the commercial real estate industry of over 60 years. We have helped finance over $2 billion of commercial properties. We have managed as many as 140 shopping centers and 12 medical office complexes. We have purchased over $400,000,000 of commercial real estate as principals.
