Managing Partner and co-owner • Sale, purchase, rental and selected property management services for commercial, residential and industrial properties in Prague and elsewhere in the Czech Republic. • Managed relationships with Eternity clients, many of which were long-term relationships that included many projects (see extensive client list attached) and maintained service quality. • Led client meetings and cooperated with attorneys and tax consultants and prepared real estate contracts and other documents that were necessary for transactions. Knoll Authorised Dealer (design and office furniture) • Exclusive agent for Knoll International, a leading global furniture manufacturer. Developed a sales and distribution network in the Czech and Slovak Republics. • Participated in selection procedures and tenders for the supply of furniture and functional solutions. • As main contractor and project manager, position responsibilities included the management and liaison with many diverse parties such as architects, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and others.
