Estrelis is AI-native medical equipment planning software for healthcare capital projects. It automates manual work at every step: room-by-room planning, budgeting and approvals, procurement and installation. All of it stays in sync with the architect's live Revit model, so nobody rebuilds the equipment list at the handoffs and nothing gets re-keyed. Healthcare facilities are among the most complex buildings in the world, yet the industry still relies on fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected email chains and old technology. Estrelis was built alongside working medical equipment planners and refined over a year of live projects. Budget, plan, procure and install work as one integrated platform. Planning is coordinated inside Revit, where the design already lives, and every decision made there carries through to the last installed item. Add a surgical light inside Revit and it lands on the plan and the budget, with who asked for it and when it is needed. Place Revit families into the model with one click, or place a whole room at once. Estrelis reads the architect's shared BIM model, matches Revit rooms to the equipment list, and sees what is already in a space before it puts anything there. At installation, door reports come out with a 2D plan and a 3D view, one button. The catalog keeps up on its own. Add a new item, and Estrelis extracts specifications from the manufacturer's website in about 30 seconds, with documentation attached. Discontinued items get flagged while you are still planning, not at procurement. Procurement picks up where planning leaves off. Quote requests and requisitions are built from the approved equipment list, and purchase orders reconcile against it, so nothing gets re-entered. Late orders are flagged before they hold up a room. At installation, every item is tracked to its room through delivery and setup, and the final record hands off to the owner's CMMS. We'd love to show you more. Request a Demo at estrelis.ai.
