Estia Development is a multinational real estate company with operations in Portugal, Poland, Hungary and Romania. The shareholders are Vicaima Group and the major shareholders of Martifer: I’M SGPS. ESTIA has developed “Gran Plaza Shopping Tavira” in Algarve, “Porto Gran Plaza”, “Ferrara Plaza”, and various Retail, Warehouse and Logistics buildings in Alverca, Benavente, Canelas and Porto. In Portugal Estia has projects in advanced stages for Lisboa, Oliveira de Azemeis, Felgueiras, Coimbra and Porto. In Poland Estia and Martifer are building commercial and residential projects in several cities. In Obol, Budapest, Hungary the company is developing a huge multi complex project in the Danube river bank. Soon will be initialized a large office building in the center of Bucharest, Romenia, About 20 km far from Bucharest, Estia has a masterplan for a large urban resort with golf that will incorporate hundreds of houses and apartments with all the infrastructure of a luxury condominium. Still in Romania, near the Black Sea coast in Constanta, Estia is developing a large residential and tourist project with marina and private beaches.
