Based on 50 years of expertise in precision mechanics, Esteve provides to major players of aerospace, defense and spatial industries: • Small and medium sized machined parts (turning-milling, 3 and 5 axes milling), from Aluminium to hard metals machining , with series of 50 to 10 000 units per year and including management of all subcontracted phases (material purchasing, thermal and surface treatment, etc.) • Fasteners and Hardware (around 500 000 parts per year / 8000 Part Numbers qualified by Airbus) • Rapid prototyping from 1 to 50 units, with a dedicated area of CNC milling and turning machines • Research & Development, but also serial production of 3D metal printing of various materials (Aluminium, titanium, hastelloy, Inconel, etc.) with 3 EOS machines (ALM / DMLS technology) With 65 qualified operators and 20 CNC machines, Esteve is a true partner for your project as soon as reactiveness, short lead time and quality are mandatory.
